As per government advice, we will remain open to receive participants looking to engage with Mezcare and as well as their Family and friends where necessary.
At Mezcare we ensure that MASKS are used whenever they are required, which apply to all individuals at Mezcare and all visitors. We might be unable to provide masks to visitors at Mezcare, but we will be taking reasonably practicable steps to ensure all staff and participants will be wearing mask especially those participants deemed capable to use masks.
If you are currently confirmed with Coronavirus, OR waiting for your COVID-19 test result, OR if you have:
- Fever (=37.5c)OR history of fever (e.g. night sweats, chills), OR acute respiratory infection (e.g. cough, shortness of breath, sore throat), OR loss of smell, OR loss of taste.
- Been in close contact with anyone who may have COVID-19 in the last 14 days
- Travelled interstate, OR international in the last 14 days, OR
- Live in an identified high risk area for covid-19
- Direct patient contact as healthcare, aged or disability residential care worker,OR staff and you need medical attention for any reason, OR you have visited hotspots locations and are seeking a covid-19 test referral; Do not come to Mezcare facilities or other to keep safe people in our hands with special needs. Please book your TELEHEALTH CONSULTATION ONLINE, OR CALL THE NEAREST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT AND FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS.
